Another Wal-mart adventure...

It all started Sunday afternoon at my place, where Micki was stuck for the night cause it wasnt safe to drive...

The next morning, Monday, we didnt go to class cause most of our were canceled anyway, but I had to work at 3 so we got ready to go. Micki's car would have taken an hour to get out, so since she didnt need her car I dropped her off at her place on the way to work. (I have a garage so i had no problems).
Work started out normal, I had to shovel a bunch of snow, and there were hardly any customers, but the phone was ringing off the hook for call in on overnights. We only had 8 associates besides cashiers, and miraculously everyone decided to go on break at 6, except for me, I manned the store by myself. Meanwhile, the lights were flickering all night and went out a bunch of times, but came back on within seconds each time.
After the 15th time the power went out, myself and two fellow unloaders, Paul and Matt, went outside to push an older lady, cashier, out....with the aid of some kitty litter for traction. We got her out and she tried to go out the back way, but had to turn around because that way was blocked. When she tried to turn she fishtaled (she has an old rear wheel drive something) and got in a bit of trouble, at approximately the same time the power went out in the store for the 16th and final time. I started walking towards the other end of the lot with Matt and Paul a ways behind...but by the time i got halfway there the lady got out. At this time i was standing on glare ice while the other two were almost back. The wind was against me and when i tried to walk forward i couldnt help but go backwards, so I started sarcastically yelling "help, help, the wind is too strong and Im too light, Im going to be blown away" or something like that. I eventually got going the right way and we got back to the store. Then we noticed that the power had not come back on.
We went back inside and everyone had to go, in the dark, to search around for customers and flashlights. There were only a few customers and they all stayed at the front until someone came and got them. This all happened at about 830. We had a good time waiting around, playing a little bit of hide and seek and racing in wheelchairs, until we were finally allowed to leave about at about 10. Everyone went and fired up their cars and came back to let them warm up. We discovered that out of 11 cars going we had 2 4-wheel drives, and the roads were bad, we didnt know if we'd be able to get out of the parking lot, although most of us were going in the same general direction. Just then a cop in a truck pulled up and advised us to go nowhere, and that over the bridge there were 6-foot snowdrifts on the road (this was the way i needed to go to get to Micki's, she's right over there and she didnt have her car, also I forgot to mention earlier that I had forgotten my cell phone at home that day, what a day to do that eh?).
We all decided that we didnt want to stay at walmart all night, so against the advice of the cop, we all got in a convoy of 11 cars headed up by the two 4-wheel drives (Our managers had to stay until the next shift managers got there, i dont know when that happened). We went right down highway 10 and took a left on 20th street, stopping for no stop lights, signs or for any other reason, we just went. Two girl cashiers had to turn at campus, one of the had an eclipse (even lower to the ground than my car) but they made it, the two 4-wheel drives got off a few blocks later with a few more cars, so it was just my car, Matt's car, and a car with Kailen and Paul in it. I would end up staying with these guys for the night cause there was no way to get to Micki's. Matt, Kailen and Paul all live in the same complex of apartments, by griffin court right off 20th street. So we got to there place, with Matt getting stuck right in the parking lot and me getting stuck on the street, but at that point i said screw it and went inside. We went to Kailen and Matt's place for a bit, then went downstairs to Kailen's brother's place to watch the end of the football game. Afterwards I went with Paul and stayed with him to avoid Kailen because obviously i dont like him very much.
I got up about 9 after the alarm set for 730 didnt go off cause Paul didnt know how to set it. I went out and undug my car for half and hour and then finally got it to budge, but i couldnt get any traction so i went and woke Paul up and one push got me out. I drove to Micki's place and picked her up and then we went to my place to get her car. Her car was incredibly iced up with a 3 foot drift behind her and snow under and around her car. I took my baseball bat from my trunk and knocked the snow down a bit and we scraped her windows a bit and went inside. After a little while she started her car and we went down and tried to get her out. I was digging snow like a dog while she was scraping, we got the windows clear enough and we gave 'er a go. We got about a foot and stopped, she pulled back up and I dug some more snow. We did this about 8 times getting a little bit further with me pushing each time, then we finally got out and she was off to class, woohoo! All in all the last two days Ive spent mainly outside in the snow, but it was all fun and entertaining, except for the stupid clock on Paul's living room wall where i slept, I hate clocks that tick. For my graduation my grandma gave me this bear thingy clock and I put it in my room...I didnt notice it til i stopped thinking and was all ready to fall asleep, then all i heard was *Tick Tick*, so i put it in my closet, but the same thing happened. Then i covered it with blankets in the closet and i couldnt even hear it....until i just about fell asleep. I had to put it upstairs. anyways, that was kinda random, but hey, that's me, and this is my story.

turdy (-22) point buck.

I finally have a good deer hunting story to tell about, well good for ME, i always have stories, but they usually involve tripping and my gun sliding down a hill, or mistakingly tracking a squirrel, or being 180 degrees off of where I'm trying to go. This one, however, involves me shooting, killing, and capturing a deer, unfortunately it also involves me shooting, probably killing eventually, but never capturing...a much bigger buck. Anyways, most of you are not interested in deer hunting, so I will just say I got a moderate sized 8 point buck, the biggest ive ever gotten.

Ear infection is pretty much finally gone, i guess it pays off to spend the big bucks on medication.

Dont really have much to blog about, ummm....I'm restarting up the Wo'TP:

and, finally, the much anticipated, long-awaited return of Wo'TP, and the word is:

Funcfully...have at it.
